What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
- Managing work schedules to ensure smooth operations, top performance, and compliance.
- Representing the company at client and resident meetings, showcasing your leadership.
- Driving success in the responsive repairs team by meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Monitoring and improving service quality through inspections, KPIs, and feedback surveys.
- Optimizing material costs while ensuring all processes are followed.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven expertise in Voids, Repairs, or Disrepair, within social housing.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- SSSTS certification.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
