The hours are optional between 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm Saturday & Sunday.

Duties:* Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner, opening doors. * Provide a presence in the building and in the main reception area.* Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently.* Accurate parcel handling and recording.* Collection of rubbish from outside apartment doors and taking to the main refuse point as required.
