The Workday Functional Consultant will provide expertise in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Payroll, HR or Finance systems, ensuring processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Experience Required:

  • Proven record of delivering Workday projects
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant within Payroll, HR or Finance domains.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Consulting skillset or experience of delivering for a wide range of complex stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of Payroll, HR or Finance software, including configuration and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Payroll, HR or Finance processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand Payroll, HR or Finance processes.
  • Analyse and evaluate existing Payroll, HR or Finance systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Configure and customize Payroll, HR or Finance software to align with business requirements.
  • Develop and implement Payroll, HR or Finance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct system testing, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions or enhancements.
  • Provide end-user training and support during implementation
