- Full time, office-based
- Fixed-term contract of 12 months
- £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

The Role
As our new Video Researcher and Writer, you will be at the heart of planning and producing compelling stories for our genealogical cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and research cases, focusing on the story behind each estate
- Create and develop scripts and storyboards in collaboration with videographers
- Liaise with beneficiaries for permission to include information in video productions
- Research background details on each case and write scripts
- Ensure scripts meet copyright requirements and legal standards
- Collaborate with staff to finalise storylines and case presentations

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone creative, organised, and driven to tell impactful stories. You will have:
- Experience in media research, scriptwriting, or film production
- Education in Media, Film production, or a related subject
- Strong research skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of copyright and legal considerations in media
- Excellent written communication skills
