We currently have a hybrid opportunity for a Sentinel Coordinator/ Resourcer for Rail. This person will be supporting one of our Principal Consultants and will be based in our London office, 18 King William St, London EC4N 7BP. Salary from 25 - 28k. Previous experience in the sector is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.

Sentinel Coordinator:

  • Rostering/ resourcing candidates
  • Management of Sentinel - competencies
  • Skillo - working hours, fatigue
  • Communication with candidates and clients - shifts, locations etc.
  • Compliance - competencies, medicals, rail packs
  • Updating Rail tracker
  • Timesheets
  • Book D&A's
  • Book training
  • Order and send PPE
  • Management of documents for Rail Audit

Resourcer:

What does the role entail?

As a Resourcer you will need to be very organised and work towards tight deadlines. Possess the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. This is a non-sales-based role and will require you to build excellent candidate relationships. We have many vacancies to source candidates for. Using our database, LinkedIn and referral networks.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing candidates through PSR database, job boards and LinkedIN - adding new candidates to PSR's database 'Vincere'
  • Creating job adverts and managing candidate responses
  • Building good knowledge of your industry and developing strong networks
  • Outbound and inbound calls to candidates
  • Collection of timesheets within a tight deadline
  • Upkeep of Trades spreadsheet
  • Managing candidate compliance
  • Populating contracts (paperwork) to Clients and Candidates
  • Creating a strong social media presence within your sector
  • Meeting KPIs
