I am working closely with my LPA client based in London as they seek an interim DM Planning Officer/Senior on an initial 3-month contract.
 
A confident and pro-active planner is required on an initial 3-month basis to assist the LPA with a growing number of applications after some pro-longed gaps in the DM team.
 
My client is happy to consider candidates at both Officer and Senior level, the caseload will comprise of a mixture of householder and minor applications of an urban type. You will be expected to determine these applications in timely manner without much supervision.
 
The role is remote-based, with site visits and office presence preferred weekly. This can be made more flexible (every fortnight) for candidates with good experience and a proven track record of excellent performance at this level.
