Creative Brand Designer, £40-60k - London, Hybrid

We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and confidence to the company, with an innovative, strategic approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. You will act as a brand guardian, delivering engaging and innovative ideas that elevate the brand and help create high-quality visuals, animations, and graphics for multiple digital touch-points.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing, growth, and e-commerce teams to make sure creative assets align with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Keep things organised by maintaining a library of creative assets for easy access across different platforms.
- Stay on top of industry trends, teach yourself new techniques, and try out different software to keep improving and delivering fresh results.
- Help maintain and evolve the company's brand identity, making sure it stays consistent across all platforms.
- Conceptualise and create eye-catching organic social and digital content, including visuals, animations, and graphics for our digital channels.
- Design standout assets for product launches and seasonal campaigns, both for digital and print.
- Design marketing materials, product mailers, point-of-sale displays, and packaging that really bring our brand to life.
- Create engaging retail experiences, from temporary POS pop-up activation's to permanent displays.
