Role of the Graphic Designer

As a young, dynamic and growing team, our client is looking for a creative and versatile Mid-Level Designer to join their fast-growing organisation. In this hybrid role, you’ll be designing sleek front-end visuals, crafting eye-catching marketing assets, and creating hilarious, on-brand memes that capture the culture of crypto. If you’ve got a sharp design eye, a love for internet culture, and want to help build a brand that stands out in the Web3 space - we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer

  • Design and iterate on front-end UI elements for our online casino platform (Figma and similar tools)
  • Collaborate with marketing to create assets for social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and promotions
  • Work alongside product and development teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all user touchpoints
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
  • Basic motion design skills required

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a design role (internships or freelance included)
  • Solid knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both web/UI and marketing design work
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats (especially Twitter/X, Instagram, Telegram)Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and typography
  • Based in London and able to work in-office 2-3 days per week

Nice to Have

  • Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
  • Experience designing for online casino, gaming, or Web3 projects
  • Meme-making wizardry and a deep appreciation for crypto Twitter culture
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS knowledge a plus)
  • Experience with brand building or identity design
  • Passion for crypto, Web3 culture, or online gaming
