Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
  • Collaborate with senior designers and team members to contribute to various design projects, including creating graphics, layouts, illustrations, and other design elements.
  • You will be required to balance multiple design projects, including web design, print design and branding for our clients worldwide.
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop innovative concepts and solutions for design projects.
  • Refine visual assets that align with the project's goals and design guidelines. Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines. Transform conceptual ideas into tangible designs using design software and tools while adhering to brand guidelines, project specifications, budget restrictions and timelines.
  • Conduct research on design trends, user preferences, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. Manage design files, organise assets, and maintain project documentation to ensure efficient workflow and project continuity.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree/ diploma or certification in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related subject.
  • Minimum two years experience required in the relevant field.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as solid illustration skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software

The salary will be 31,000 - 35,500 DOE
