- Execute routine lawn care activities, including mowing, edging, and fertilising.
- Tend to garden areas by planting, pruning, weeding, and applying mulch.
- Shape and trim trees and shrubs to encourage healthy growth and improve visual appeal.
- Set up, maintain, and fix irrigation systems.
- Undertake seasonal clean-up tasks such as removing leaves and clearing snow.
- Use and maintain grounds maintenance tools and equipment.
- Complete all tasks to a high standard and within designated timeframes.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
- Understanding of horticultural practices and plant care.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
- Keen attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
- Valid driving licence and dependable transportation.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
