My client is a reputable Facilities Management company that provides multi-disciplinary services to residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
They are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman to assist the lead engineer at a manned residential site in North West London.
The position requires prior experience in a handyman role or working for a property services/maintenance company, ideally with at least 1-2 years of experience.
The salary for this permanent position ranges from £30,000 to £32,000 per annum, along with a generous holiday allowance, uniform, and pension benefits.
The role entails working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with no driving license required as it is a static position.

My client is a reputable Facilities Management company, offering multi disciplinary services to Residential, Commercial and Industrial. They undertake planned and reactive maintenance to the contracts in which they serve.

They are recruiting for an experienced and reliableHandyman to joined a manned residential site (mainly 2/3 bed apartments), to assist the lead engineer. The site is located in North West London, is a thriving residential community that offers good amenities, and iswithin easy reach of strong transport links.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

Decoration repairs (patching/filling)
Painting and Decorating
Replacing locks and filters
Installing/replacing carpet tiles
Weekly fire alarm tests
Weekly sprinkler tests
Emergency lighting tests

Full training will be provided for the weekly testing.

Prior experience as a Handyman or working for a property services / maintenance company desirable.

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8-4.30pm.

No driving license required as this position is static.

Package:

30-32k per annum, generous holiday allowance, uniform, pension.
