Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to a wonderful client. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all equipment, fixtures, and facilities are in proper working condition. The Handyman will be expected to handle a wide range of general repairs and maintenance requests, providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and codes.
Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems.
Provide support for any special projects and improvements within the facility.
Ensure the workplace is kept clean, organized, and safe.
Sort/Collect out rubbish and dispose in the correct manner
Communicate with customers or other team members to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor.
Relevant certifications in specific trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.) are a plus.
Full driving license required
