Job Title: Building Services Handyman

Location: Kings Cross

We are looking for a Handyman with a keen attitude tom work, who is happy to be an integral part of the building services team.

Main Duties:

  • Preventative and pre-planned maintenance
  • Hosting Contractors
  • Assisting Shift Engineers
  • Reactive Maintenance (Unblocking toilets, water temp checks, weekly flushing etc.)
  • Keeping accurate records of jobs using log books
  • Working within a team of 6 engineers

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary between 35,000 to 38,000

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience within commercial maintenance
