Job Title: Building Services Handyman

Location: Kings Cross

We are looking for a Handyman with a keen attitude tom work, who is happy to be an integral part of the building services team.

Main Duties:

Preventative and pre-planned maintenance
Hosting Contractors
Assisting Shift Engineers
Reactive Maintenance (Unblocking toilets, water temp checks, weekly flushing etc.)
Keeping accurate records of jobs using log books
Working within a team of 6 engineers

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Package and Benefits:

Salary between 35,000 to 38,000
Shift cover overtime

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience within commercial maintenance
Reliable and keen attitude to work (2x References will be required)
Basic mechanical knowledge (Valves, pumps, fan coil units)
