Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate
You will have experience of working on property maintenance contracts previously and be competent on a wide range of carpentry including fire door installation, fencing & decking, assembling shelves/units, skirting boards etc, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, plumbing and so on

JOB INFORMATION -Carpenter

As a Handyman / fabric engineer based from home you will be working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out carpentry such as fire doors, skirtings, kitchens & work tops, fencving and decking work and general property maintenance such as painting and decorating etc
General building maintenance expereicne is required
Covering the West side of London you would be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner
