CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Handyman / fabric engineer
- Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate
- You will have experience of working on property maintenance contracts previously and be competent on a wide range of carpentry including fire door installation, fencing & decking, assembling shelves/units, skirting boards etc, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, plumbing and so on
JOB INFORMATION -Carpenter
- As a Handyman / fabric engineer based from home you will be working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out carpentry such as fire doors, skirtings, kitchens & work tops, fencving and decking work and general property maintenance such as painting and decorating etc
- General building maintenance expereicne is required
- Covering the West side of London you would be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner
