Key Responsibilities

Install various flooring types, including vinyl, carpet tiles, and laminate
Work with cap and cove installations to ensure seamless finishes
Prepare floor surfaces, including screeding and levelling
Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials accurately
Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing flooring
Ensure all work meets health and safety standards

Requirements

Previous experience as a floor layer
Expertise in cap and cove installations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (for company van use)
