- Work with cap and cove installations to ensure seamless finishes
- Prepare floor surfaces, including screeding and levelling
- Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials accurately
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing flooring
- Ensure all work meets health and safety standards
- Previous experience as a floor layer
- Expertise in cap and cove installations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (for company van use)
