Key responsibilities include leadership, overall care of residents, day-to-day management, risk assessments, and medication management.

This Care Home has over just over 5 residentsbeds, offering a home from home experience for a supported living feel. This is a Residential setting only, for Learning Disability residents.

Position will be as followed:

Your Duties within a Deputy Manager role will consist ofproviding leadership, maintaining top level, overall care of residents, day to day running of the home, risk assessments, medication management and much more.
