Connaught Education is currently working in partnership with a small but highly successful independent nursery school to appoint a Deputy Nursery Manager on a permanent basis.
The Nursery School in question operates with a Montessori philosophy, fostering independence in their pupils who learn through play but also benefit from structure. This is a happy and nurturing environment which allows pupils to explore and learn, then sending them on to leading independent prep schools in the local area.
The appointed Deputy Nursery Manager will be qualified to Level 3 as a minimum and have professional experience as a Deputy, they should be an adaptable individual with a passion for education.
