We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at a well-established nursery in Battersea. With space for up to 66 children, our setting provides a stimulating and nurturing environment where children thrive.

In this role, you will support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and education. You will help lead a team of early years professionals, creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
  • Support and guide staff to deliver outstanding childcare and learning experiences.

  • Help ensure the nursery provides a safe, stimulating, and well-organised environment.
  • Lead by example in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

The Person

We are looking for someone who:
