Key Responsibilities:

- Lead on key areas of school improvement, particularly in teaching and learning
- Work closely with staff, pupils, and parents to ensure a positive school culture
- Contribute to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced educator with a strong understanding of primary education
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Passion for delivering outstanding teaching and improving outcomes for all children
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Essential Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous leadership experience in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential)
