Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership across the school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
Support and mentor KS2 teachers, driving excellence in pedagogy and curriculum development.
Collaborate closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to maintain and enhance the school's Catholic ethos.
Lead whole-school initiatives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Support staff professional development, creating a positive and ambitious working environment.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience working in a Catholic primary school, with a strong commitment to upholding its values.
Proven leadership experience within KS2, with a track record of driving improvement.
Holds NPQSL (or working towards it) or equivalent leadership qualifications.
A commitment to fostering high expectations and inclusion for all pupils.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
