  • Developing and executing segmented, omni-channel conversion plans that guide prospective students from enquiry to enrolment.
  • Designing and managing tailored "keep warm" communications and personalised campaigns for both on-campus and distance learning applicants.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and smooth coordination of student communications.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing online and in-person events such as open days, webinars, and guided visits, including managing budgets, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Overseeing the student ambassador programme-handling selection, onboarding, and engagement activities-and managing online communities across platforms like Discord, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintaining and updating the study section of our website with accurate and engaging content, as well as managing the distribution of pre-programme information (e.g., timetables and reading lists).
  • Overseeing the creation of multimedia content (videos, social media reels, blogs) that supports conversion activities.
  • Tracking, monitoring, and analysing event attendance and conversion data to refine strategies and ensure a strong return on investment.
