The Role- Position: Cover Manager
- Location: Lambeth, London
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Overseeing and coordinating daily cover arrangements for absent staff
- Managing a pool of supply teachers and internal cover supervisors
- Liaising with external agencies to ensure high-quality cover provision
- Using Bromcom to manage and record staff absences efficiently
- Ensuring a smooth and effective cover process to minimise disruption to learning
- Providing administrative support to senior leadership regarding staff absence trends
- Previous experience as a Cover Manager in a secondary school setting
- Proficiency in Bromcom (essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and experience liaising with supply agencies
