About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Digital & Computing Curriculum Manager to lead the development and delivery of an outstanding digital curriculum. In this pivotal role, you will ensure high standards of teaching and assessment, monitor learner progress, and inspire a team of educators to achieve the best possible outcomes for our learners.

Key Responsibilities* Curriculum Development: Design and implement a dynamic digital curriculum aligned with industry standards.* Learner Progression: Track, monitor, and support learners to achieve high success rates.* Teaching & Assessment: Deliver engaging teaching sessions and assessments to support learner development.* Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of educators, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional development.* Safeguarding & Compliance: Ensure safeguarding legislation is effectively applied within the learning environment.* Equity & Inclusion: Embed principles of diversity and inclusion across all aspects of the curriculum and teaching.

What We're Looking For* A teaching and learning qualification at Level 5.* A degree or professional qualification in a Digital or Computing subject.* Level 2 English and Numeracy (or equivalent).* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related applications.* Experience in curriculum development within a post-16 education environment.* A proven ability to track and monitor learners to support outstanding outcomes.* A strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and its application in education.* Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications* An IQA or other Assessor/Internal Verifier qualification.* Previous experience in a similar leadership role within further or adult education.
