Education AdministratorCentral London£18phON-SITETemp with the potentail to go PermThe Client:Is a world-leading university for science, technology, engineering, medicine and business. The Role:The Postgraduate Education Administrator will work within a busy central team that supports the section head and faculty academic leads in facilitating enhancement across all the activities, including managing faculty-based processes and projects.The role requires proactive and independent working practices in terms of departmental engagement and networking.Analysis, Reporting & Documentation
  • Manage PTES & PRES surveys, submissions, and reporting.
  • Update the Postgraduate Staff Hub and website.
  • Organise and edit materials for reports and policies.
  • Analyse feedback and produce reports.
  • Manage three Faculty-level meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Management & Support
  • Provide admin support for PGT and Doctoral Degrees.
  • Process supplement applications and maintain records.
  • Manage FoM Dean’s PhD Internship Awards and Prizes.
  • Organise FoM PGT Staff Conference and Masters’ Scholarships.
  • Support Postgraduate Manager in admin tasks for education.
  • Contribute to postgraduate education strategy.
  • Foster team and department relationships.
Liaison
  • Promote central activities and build relationships across the Faculty.
  • Manage postgraduate events and contribute to forums.
  • Represent postgraduate education in committees.
Customer Service
  • Resolve issues and provide advice to students, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as first contact for Masters’ Scholarships and MRC PhD supplement scheme.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on postgraduate education regulations.
  • Attend staff development programs as needed.
  • Organise work to meet Faculty objectives.
  • Contribute to team projects and assist during peak periods.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and other duties as needed.
