As the Examination/Assessments Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all assessment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Experience of and understanding of assessments within a Higher Education environment is essential.

- Experience managing teams within higher or further education
- A proven ability to improve student-related data quality and integrity
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

- Experience managing examinations and examination boards
- Understanding of the examination and assessment processes in a Higher Education institute.
- A proactive approach to enhancing services, systems, and processes for a high-quality student experience
- Experience in providing leadership and guidance to Registry Coordinators and Officers
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver all assessment services to the highest standards
- Manage examination timetables, preparation of written exams, and examination board support
- Ensure accurate student data for reporting and statutory requirements
- Implement and uphold assessment regulations, policies, and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to academic and administrative staff on assessment processes
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations
