An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an exceptional, process-driven Executive Head to lead the development of the largest school within a high-performing and growing Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in the South East.

This Trust has established a tried and tested framework across its schools, consistently delivering outstanding primary education and building a strong leadership support network. Now, they are seeking a strategic, implementation-focused leader to embed and enhance this approach within their flagship London school.

Executive Head - The Role:

As Executive Headteacher, you will:

- Lead with clarity and purpose, ensuring the Trust's established framework is effectively implemented to drive excellence

- Develop and empower the senior leadership team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the Trust's vision

- Deliver measurable impact - enhancing teaching quality, pupil outcomes, and overall school performance

- Collaborate with Trust-wide leadership, sharing best practices and contributing to the wider strategic direction

- Engage key stakeholders, including governors, parents, and the wider community, to maintain and build upon the school's outstanding reputation

Executive Head - You:

We are seeking a proven leader with a track record of successfully implementing and delivering educational improvement at scale. The ideal candidate will have:

- Executive-level leadership experience within a large or complex school setting

- A strong operational mindset, ensuring systems and structures are embedded effectively

- A passion for delivering outstanding primary education, with a commitment to pupil success

- The ability to drive change and manage large teams, while maintaining a culture of excellence

- Experience in a Trust or multi-school leadership environment is highly desirable
