Employment Solicitor (at Associate level) sought for an international law firm in London.

Our client is an international law firm with over 400 experts working across 4 offices in the UK.
The firm strive to be trusted advisors across all of their sector groups including Real Estate, Energy, Transport, Private Capital, Private Wealth, Tech & Innovation and Entrepreneurs.
The firm boast a leading Employment Department who are highly ranked by the Legal 500 for their work on behalf of Employers and Senior Executives.
The Opportunity
This highly successful team specialise in advising clients on strategic global issues and help employers to resolve disputes with employees as well as general HR advice.
They also have expertise in immigration and work with senior level individuals at the start or end of their employment relationship.
The team's contentious work includes representations at the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal in cases such as discrimination and whistleblowing.
Their non-contentious work includes advises individual clients on all their employment needs, both in relation to their own staff and their personal employment situation including regular high value settlement negotiations, team moves and restrictive covenant issues.
They're now looking to grow the team with an experienced Associate level hire.
Requirements
- Qualified Employment Solicitor with between 3 - 6 years' PQE
- Experienced in acting for either solely respondents or a mix of both respondents and claimants
