An excellent opportunity to join a global law as an Employment Law specialist working in-house, focussing on Partnership Employment Law matters. This is a non-fee earning role, a great opportunity for a highly experienced Employment Lawyer or Partner. The opportunity covers internal investigations, Partner disputes, Tribunal claims, Advisory, Termination and Performance Management. The role will be based in London with a flexible hybrid working pattern, candidates outside of London will be considered if they can reach the London office when required.

Role

  • Responsible for employment law advice in a partnership context to the firms internal stakeholders
  • Take a lead on matters such as discrimination, performance management, unfair dismissal and internal investigations
  • Review and draft extensive legal documents including partnership agreements & non-compete clauses
  • Represent the firm at court and employment tribunal delivering excellent advocacy
  • Collaborate with HR, Employee Relations stakeholders and the senior team

Candidate Requirements

  • 15 years PQE +
  • Advocacy experience in court and employment tribunal
  • Employment Law Partner, Director or Barrister
  • Expertise in a broad range of employment law matters, particularly Partnership law
  • Excellent stakeholder management

Salary is up to £170,000 plus package
