Role and Responsibilities:

You will be supporting residents and service users in residential care homes.
You will be assisting with personal care, you may be asked to support with medication, assisting with meals and daily needs of the service users.
Helping with domestic duties if required.
Completing daily notes, either via in house record systems or paper based notes. accurately and timely.
Interact with the residents and service users to provide intellectual stimulation.
Offering emotional support to residents and families.
Collaboration with significant others.
Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.

Qualifications:

HCA experience in a healthcare setting
Mandatory Healthcare Training
Enhanced DBS, child and adult, on the update service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
