Insparise is currently recruiting a compassionate and proactive Healthcare Assistant to work on an ad hoc agency / locum basis.We provide a very high standard of staffing to various client groups.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • You will be supporting residents and service users in residential care homes.
  • You will be assisting with personal care, you may be asked to support with medication, assisting with meals and daily needs of the service users.
  • Helping with domestic duties if required.
  • Completing daily notes, either via in house record systems or paper based notes. accurately and timely.
  • Interact with the residents and service users to provide intellectual stimulation.
  • Offering emotional support to residents and families.
  • Collaboration with significant others.
  • Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.

Qualifications:

  • HCA experience in a healthcare setting
  • Mandatory Healthcare Training
  • Enhanced DBS, child and adult, on the update service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
  • Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
