An opportunity for a long-term placement within a dedicated SEN school, located within the London borough of Merton. Where your work will be supported by newly refurbished state of the art facilities. These facilities will directly support the ideal SEN humanities teacher in their work.
The successful SEN humanities teacher will be charged with ensuring KS3-4 students are fully engaged in the curriculums of history, geography and religious education. As a SEN humanities teacher your classes will be no bigger than 10 students and you will be strengthened by specialised SEN teaching assistants. SEN Humanities teachers must also be able to cater learning strategies to the individual needs of students including ASD students.
