About Us: Jimmy Garcia catering is a London based caterer specialising in events and seasonal pop-ups centring on creating unforgettable experiences in unique London locations.Our summer BBQ Club pop-up returns for its 9th year and is located on the vibrant Southbank along the riverfront. Our pop-up features two bars offering a selection of premium beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails, a street food kitchen, 36 seated BBQ restaurant and private hire event space.
Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person who can create an environment where staff and customers thrive. The position will require you to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards with a hands on approach at all times. The role will require you to run an 812-hour shift managing a team of up to 20 members of staff. This is a 5-month summer season with potential to be kept on for the winter season depending on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the companies open, close, daily and health and safety procedures at all times
- Shift and staff management
- Ensuring guests are happy, comfortable and always have what they need
- Managing events
- Managing a team of up to 20 staff members
- Completing daily handover reports
Requirements:
- 1 years bar management experience
- 1 years restaurant management experience
- Excellent customer service skills
