Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager (3+ years GM experience) to join the Draughts

team. Always ready to lead by example - whether thats rallying your team or dealing with the commercial side of

things, youll inspire loyalty and take care of everything and everyone.

As General Manager at Draughts, youll lead a dynamic, high-energy venue that blends great food, drink, and board

gaming experiences. Youll drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and inspire your team to deliver

outstanding service. With a passion for hospitality and leadership, youll create a welcoming space where guests

connect, all while growing a thriving business in one of the UKs most exciting concepts.

What Were Looking For:

We are currently looking for an outstanding General Manager to lead our dynamic team in our newly established

venue in Stratford. A successful candidate will have the following attributes:

Have already run a busy, high turnover restaurant & or bar, working with enthusiasm, motivating the team

and insisting on high standards, whilst at the same time, managing the business effectively

Are instinctively service inspired and dont compromise for an easy life, always striving to encourage the

highest standards in others.

Direct experience with managing a P&L, SLA targets and other fiscal responsibilities

Have inspired your team, coaching and training the individual to reach their potential, building succession for

your businesses future.

Are positive and hungry for a challenge and keen to make a real difference within one of the UKs mostexciting concepts. As a manager at Draughts youll always be part of a strong team but youre a leader.
