As a General Manager you will collaborate with the culinary team, engage with guests, and ensure that hospitality remains the heart of the business. You will lead efforts to increase revenue, manage costs, and foster a culture of growth and excellence within the team.
About you:
- Proven leader with extensive experience in high-profile, high-turnover restaurant and bar operations.
- You must have expertise in managing teams of 20+ individuals, balancing commercial awareness with a passion for hospitality.
- You should be an expert in financial performance, P&L, and revenue growth strategies, with the ability to develop individuals and teams.
- Creative, solutions-focused, and have strong emotional intelligence.
