Our client are a market leader in nursing, domiciliary, social and personal care who provide gold standard Registered Nurses and Carers for their clients in and around central London. Their daily and live-in care enables their clients to remain in their own home whilst being cared for by professionals.
About You
If you have formal clinical training or have worked in a clinical setting or been involved with Care packages this would be preferred.You will be our prospective and current clients' first point of contact, helping them find the right care to suit their needs. This role acts as a liaison between our Business Development team and the Care Coordinator team to ensure we maximize the potential of all leads generated and facilitate care package creation that can be delivered by the coordinators and care team.Maintaining awareness, understanding and adhering to the companies Care policies, procedures and CQC requirements. This successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to build trust and relationships quickly. A background in sales or customer service in a similar field would be very useful in understanding the care needs of their clients and helping them choose the best care options.
Main Responsibilities
- The main point of contact for inbound phone calls, re-directing to team members as required
- Enquiries management (email, phone, walk in etc), qualification and nurturing active and 'lost’ leads. Includes emailing brochures and rates to clients and next of kin
- Support home visits for local enquiries, being a consistent point of contact during the enquiry in order to maximise conversion potential.
- To maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products
- Updating and managing enquiry data, follow ups and tasks in the CRM system
- Attending regular meetings to give team update on enquiries progress
- Using their guidelines on care services and packages, recommend the most suitable care package for a prospective client, promoting and upselling services
- Guide their clients through the enquiry and onboarding process, managing all paperwork and communication, ensuring all required steps and assessments are completed within agreed timelines
- With the Operations Manager, proactively manage leads generation websites to best utilise carers and nurses with availability beyond the existing client pool and leads received.
- Liaising with Care Coordinators to arrange care and nurse liaison visits
- Manage the shop front for any walk-ins, creating a welcoming environment for carers, nurses, prospects and clients
- Conduct periodic market research and analysis under the guidance of the Business Development Manager
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
- Providing general office and administrative support
