General Manager Salary Circa £55,000 £60,000 plus bonus & benefits

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for one of the coolest small expanding Restaurant Groups in London. They currently operate 10 high volume restaurants across London with a selection of international venues. They are looking to open two more sites this year!
We are looking for a talented General Manager that is truly passionate about ensuring his team are happy and motivated to just deliver great consistent service.

The right General Manager will be ambitious and is ready to really develop their career
The General Manager has to be incredibly well organised and have exemplary communication skills and high volume experience.
A General Manager that really knows how to look after their people, and get the best out of them, whilst being commercially aware.

This position will really be at the heart and sole of the company and could lead into many different areas. The Senior Directors know how to look after their management and truly values their efforts and input into the business
