General Manager, London Venue, £50k - £55k
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced General Manager to join the team, leading the operations across a stunning London venue. This is a unique site with a big hospitality and events function and so we are seeking a senior leader with a real passion for food and service.
About the role:
- To build a high performing team by managing and motivating staff
- Manage and develop the food and beverage to deliver a high-quality operation
- Accountable for all financial controls, budgets, and reports
- Continually reviewing and implementing processes to drive improved productivity
- Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met
- Focus on guest satisfaction delivering 5 star service and product
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in operational management from a venue background
- Experience working within a food led business
- Financial management and commercially driven
- Strong leadership style
- Great communication skills
- Excellent understanding of health and safety and compliance
