Enoteca da Luca is a group of three independently-owned Italian restaurants in the City of London. We are established since 2010 and we thrive on exceptional quality and competitive carefully selected wine lists.

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee and enhance our front-of-house operations in our Guildhall branch. This would be ideal for an AGM stepping into a first GM position.

Duties include

Oversee all aspects of service and standards.
Lead and inspire a small dedicated team to achieve exceptional results.
Drive business performance through innovation and flat hands-on leadership.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience.

The ideal candidate is

Proven experience as a General Manager in a casual-dining setting.

The package is

Salary of up to £40,000.00 per annum DOE
28 day holiday allowance
