We are looking for a passionate and motivated General Manager who is looking for a new challenge to take our new venture to the next level.

We are looking for a General Manager who meets the following:

Someone who leads from the front and by example, with a no-nonsense approach to management.
Can keep a tight rein on controls and costs.
Has previous experience of managing events, private hires, and private dining situations.
Understands all aspects of licensing, EHO, health and safety and HR compliance.
Is used to working in a high volume, fast paced environment overseeing a large team.
