An amazing opportunity has arisen for a General Manager with Casual dining / branded experience to work with an award winning restauranteur who has created a new casual dining Italian/Mediterranean restaurant in a very modern and design led space close to Marble Arch.
We are looking experienced General Manager who has the passion and enthusiasm to create an enjoyable atmosphere, providing the highest standards for your team to follow.
A General Manager with casual dining or branded experience who can drive to increase the foot flow within this new restaurant and ultimately increase the sales, being responsible and accountable for the financial aspects of the business.
This restaurant company will grow over the next few years. The founder behind the concept has grown multiple very successful restaurant groups in the past.
Requirements:
- Held a General Manager position for at least 2 years within a quality branded or casual dining restaurant in London
- A General Manager with Strong financial, business and commercial acumen
- Produced strong team members with your leadership skills and development techniques
- Have a passion for motivating your team and delivering great quality food and outstanding service.
