About the role
- Inspire and lead your team from the front, ensuring our guests have that WOW worthy experience
- Champion positive environment and deeply care about your team, driving their progression
- Show pride in ensuring each dish and each drink is served up to spec each and every time as though Tommi made it herself!
- Full accountability for all aspects of the business, from driving great sales to managing your P&L
