General Manager - Stratford - 38k + Bonus

We're on the lookout for a General Manager to take charge of our restaurant and help grow the business like it's your own. We'll give you all the backing you need to make a real difference in the community by serving up amazing food and good vibes.

You'll be overseeing the whole operation and working hand-in-hand with the founder to build the business together. The salary for the right person is up to £38K, with an extra £5K in bonuses based on performance. Plus, we'll invest in your development so you can keep growing and thriving with us.

Ideally you are a General Manager that can think outside the box and be agile to work within an independent business where your ideas will be nurtured. Strong people management skills are key with emphasis upon coaching and creating a good vibes with the team and guests.
