About the Job:

Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and the highest standards in both food and drink.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a large team, fostering a positive working environment and promoting development within the team.
Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently excellent experience for all guests, with an emphasis on high-quality service, hospitality, and attention to detail.
