We're looking for a General Manager to take the reins of our vibrant, independent Italian restaurant and wine bar — a neighbourhood gem known for its warm atmosphere, fresh pasta, and curated wine list.

Our team is tight-knit, passionate, and full of personality, and we're looking for a General manager who's just as enthusiastic about great food, great service, and great vibes.

What you'll do:

Lead, inspire, and support a passionate FOH and BOH team
Ensure a top-tier guest experience from welcome to farewell
Drive day-to-day operations with flair, energy, and attention to detail
Take ownership of financial performance, P&L, and budgets
Work closely with our chef and suppliers to maintain quality and creativity
Help plan and deliver seasonal events, wine tastings, and promotions
Be the face of the restaurant – with regulars, locals, and newcomers alike!

What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a General manager or senior manager in a quality-led restaurant
Love for Italian cuisine and an appreciation for good wine (WSET a bonus!)
Strong leadership and communication skills – you're hands-on, calm under pressure, and solution-focused
Solid understanding of financials, stock control, and rotas
A people person – warm, charismatic, and genuinely passionate about hospitality
