General Manager for North London pub sought
We have a large selection of craft beers, mainstream beers and a full working kitchen.
The pub has 2 parts to it, the day to day local, family pub built on the foundations of good quality and service, then the event days of which there are around 40 a year which are built upon high volume and professional, efficient management.
We have a busy full time kitchen residency with a very busy Sunday Roast service so food service experience is preferred.
We are looking for somebody with energy and a hands on attitude who flourishes in a customer facing environment and can build and maintain a great, motivated team.
Requirements;
- That person should have experience of running a pub or hospitality business, at the very least to an AGM or supervisor level.
- Be good with back of office admin, spreadsheets, excel, maintaining stock and GP levels etc
- Able to build a rota to fit within the needs of the business
- Have food service experience
- Have a passion for beer, wine, cocktails, music, sport (or at least 2 of those!)
- Live within a reasonable, realistic distance of the pub.
- Most importantly to have the desire, energy and motivation to be the main cog that the pub is built around.
