You will shape and deliver their Customer Success strategy across all product lines, ensuring that the team is motivated, engaged, and aligned with the firm’s objectives.   • Leading and growing a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers to ensure their customers receive outstanding support and value from their products/services.
  • Developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Analysing performance data across their product lines to understand customer experience and engagement.
  • Driving customer engagement through personalised communication, onboarding programs, and proactive outreach.
  • Providing valuable customer insights and acting on customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams, including radiologists, sales, marketing, product, integrations, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivating a community of advocates who promote our products/services through referrals, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving customer concerns or issues.
  • Producing quarterly internal customer success reports. 
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, a competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare sector. 
Job requirements – Head of Client ServicesIn this Head of Customer Success role, we're looking for a candidate with:
  • A degree from University.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • IMPORTANT – you must have experience in managing and developing a high-performance team.
  • Be experienced in operational processes relating to customer success.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful customer success strategies.
  • 3+ years experience in customer success preferably within tech or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
