Think Specialist Recruitment are working with an international company on an exciting opportunity within their hospital site services. We are looking for a Medical Stock and Inventory Team Manager to join the team at Charring Cross Hospital. The ideal candidate will have management experience within a clinical / NHS setting and change management experience.

The company provides medical equipment to Charring Cross Hospital and as part of this service they have individuals on-site who manage the inventory of this equipment. We are looking for a manager to join the team to ensure the programme is delivered effectively.

This is an ongoing temporary contract to begin with with the potential to change to a permanent role thereafter.

This role will be paying the hourly rate equivalent of a salary between £40,000 - £45,000pa depending on experience.

As this is a temporary role you will receive weekly pay!

Core office hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Duties:

  • Lead all service delivery activities at the Charring Cross site
  • Develop and execute action plans to ensure a high-quality service is delivered and contractual agreements are adhered to
  • Develop, review and maintain KPIs for the service delivery team
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Identify and resolve any teething issues within the service
  • Ensure service delivery SLA's are adhered to
  • Manage, coach and develop staff
  • Identify cross-business selling opportunities; keep commercial business development informed on performance and upselling opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Management experience within a healthcare environment
  • Experience in dealing with hospitals/ NHS services
  • Process and solution-oriented problem solver.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Project or change management / operations management experience
  • Willingness to travel as this position requires you to be on-site in the clinical area daily Monday-Friday
