• Full-time hours

• Covering 5 homes based in London, Essex and Kent

Regional Care Director requirements:

• Previous experience in a multi-site role
• A demonstrable commitment to professional development
• Good people management skills
• Able to demonstrate a track record of managing change in a challenging environment
• Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
