Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant
Location: Southwark
Pay: 85 - 100 per day
Start Date: January 2025
Duration: At least until July 2025

Responsibilities as an EYFS Teaching Assistant:
- Provide 1:1 support for two pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage, including one non-verbal autistic child.
- Develop customized timetables and engaging learning strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment to build confidence and encourage social interaction.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the school's SENCO to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil.
What we're looking for in an EYFS Teaching Assistant:
- While a Level 3 childcare qualification is preferred, it's not essential.
- Prior experience in SEN settings is a significant advantage.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's early development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to excel as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
